Unthink helps you understand your interpretation of daily events, your inner critic and common thinking traps that cause suffering for yourself and those around you. It walks you through methods that let you reframe negative thoughts and harness positive ones. I hope that Unthink can help people better deal with depression, anxiety, and anger, while building gratitude and positive affirmations.
This is not meant to be a substitute for therapy, but I understand that due to stigma, finances and other circumstances, therapy isn’t accessible to everyone. My hope is that Unthink will encourage more people to seek therapy and cultivate a proactive attitude towards mental health before it negatively affects their relationships and well-being.
HOW IT WORKS
You simply write anything that had an impact on your mood that day and Unthink asks you a couple of smart follow up questions leading you to reframe and release the emotion, or capture it in a gratitude or affirmation.
